The Leeston Refuse Transfer Station and Recycling Centre accepts a range of household waste and recyclables. This includes general refuse, green waste, and various recyclable materials such as paper, cardboard, plastics, glass, and metals. Certain hazardous items like e-waste, tyres and some problem wastes, like paint, are also accepted.
