Accepted Items
The Kawakawa Transfer Station and Recycling Centre accepts a range of household waste, including general refuse, green waste, and recyclables such as paper, cardboard, plastics #1 and #2, glass, and steel cans. It also accepts e-waste, scrap metal, and some problem wastes like paint and used oil.
